Prominent political commentator Juan O Savin joins Michael Jaco to explain that the US has been in a National Security Emergency, under NORAD and North American Command ever since President Trump declared the COVID emergency on March 13th of 2020.
Congress had one calendar year of 365 and a quarter days to vote with a two-thirds majority of the House or the Senate to cancel the Emergency and they did not. As a result, Juan says, there could not be another election to replace the President or Commander-in-Chief without Donald Trump’s approval.
Moreover, Trump never conceded the election and he never gave up Nuclear Command and Control and Juan says, “This will be talked about and debated for decades and decades and decades in the future but just take it to the bank: He’s still in charge as Commander-in-Chief.”
Juan says that by the last week of October of this year, Trump will stop the Midterm elections, because the civil rights of American Citizen voters of both parties are being violated by fraudulent elections and fraudulent votes.
He says Trump will get a National Security Assessment showing that the primaries have been rife with fraud and that a General Election in November would only ratify this fraud and that it would put people into power by means of an election coup; that the vulnerabilities of our election system are the same as they were in 2020, because the courts haven’t heard these cases and the States haven’t complied with his Executive Orders to clean up the voter rolls.
Juan says:
“The only solution to stop the fraud and corruption within the vote will be a military response. Why? Because we’ve been attacked and it’s an act of war. And in order to protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, you’re going to have to pause it.
“Trump will do that, as Commander-in-Chief. It’s going to be gripping, but that’s, what’s just about to happen. And the White House is warning you that something wild, essentially EBS is somewhere in this whole equation.”
Australia has been quietly installing a nationwide EBS for two years and had a test broadcast earlier this year, no doubt in response to plans by the US administration to activate their national broadcast system.
Juan is referring to this cryptic video that was tweeted by the White House last Wednesday.
The National Security Emergency will allow the President to take control of the airwaves during its initial stages, whereupon, the public will be treated to the long-awaited “EBS” message. Broadcasting can quickly be returned to normal but if the networks violate the terms of the Emergency, he can take control back.
Given that FOX, a nominally Trump-friendly news network has gagged their Emmy Award-winning host, Maria Bartiromo, because she wanted to cover the theft of the 2020 elections, it will be interesting to see how the news networks comport themselves during this emergency, which Juan expects to last for a couple of years, with candidates needing to re-run and primaries probably to be held at the earliest by the spring of 2028, preceded by some special elections to test the new system and a general election in the fall of 2028.
Juan says:
“Could Trump run again? His election was paused. His presidency was paused. And in fact, you see that in the rallies that Trump did, while Biden was in the presidency in those rallies, he had the graph showing the lowest point for illegal immigrants coming into the country was late March of 2020.
“And he showed that graph over and over. And in the lower right-hand corner, there’s an arrow that goes up to that low spot in the graph in that late part of March, 2020, mid-to-late. And it says, “Trump Resigns the Presidency.”
Below, is the graph shown during Trump’s campaign rallies throughout 2024. It’s the famous graph that he said “saved his life”, because he’d turned his head toward it on July 13, 2024 and thus avoided having his head blown off in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Note the text in red at the bottom right of the graph, where it says, “TRUMP LEAVES OFFICE” during the first quarter of 2020 – March 13th. Didn’t Trump leave office on January 20th of 2021? What was he communicating with this graph?
Juan says that Trump resigned as President on March 13th, 2020. He sealed up Cheyenne Mountain “until further notice” and he stepped into his role as Commander-in-Chief, which he has maintained since then, while the facility has remained sealed.
Juan continues:
“You have different Continuity of Government backstops. The one that matters here is the one related to nuclear-and-beyond, run out of NORAD and that’s the one that Trump is working with.
“SES, Senior Executive Service and all their stuff, it’s irrelevant. That’s the one we’re fighting. That’s this Shadow Government.
“So with Trump having that, he’s still in control from the COVID Emergency. And – this is a really, really, really important point – if you don’t remember anything else I said, remember this: COVID was never about SARS-2, the virus, the common flu. SARS-1 was a test, years and years ago. SARS-2, COVID was never about that.
“COVID was always about elections. Remember, when the COVID thing happened, the dropbox issue came up? ‘People are going to die if we don’t let them vote only by going to a dropbox! They’ve got to separate themselves! You can’t campaign the same way anymore!’
“COVID, COVID, COVID was about elections. It was about elections and we’re still in the COVID Emergency.
“Trump is going to carry on with the Election Emergency, as an extension of the COVID crisis and finish the job and get elections under control. We are still in the same National Emergency.
“So, Trump’s not going to declare a new National Emergency, which then this Congress could come together, field a two thirds vote and say, ‘We’re not going along with you.’
“We’re already in the Emergency. The one calendar year, 365 and a quarter days have already passed. The Emergency is set. The only person that can end the Emergency is Trump – or, if he expires or is unable to complete the job, the three generals running NORAD from Cheyenne Mountain. That’s it.
“And SES, Senior Executive Service, the enemy that ran 9/11, that ran Oklahoma City, that ran a hundred other false flags; the Seattle government. They’re the opposition, here. And all those government employees on the payroll, over at SES, that’s the fight. And Trump’s going to win, he has the biggest gun in the room, nuclear and beyond. Enjoy the show.”
Michael says he expects the election pause to result in a lot of No Kings rallies and other hijinks from our Communist-SES-Seditious Feds and he asks Juan if Trump will relocate himself Cheyenne Mountain?
Juan says he doesn’t expect him going anywhere, which is why they’re building the “ballroom” but that the whole point is to avoid civil war. This is why Trump allowed the Biden Regime to pretend to be legitimate for 4 years, while retaining the role of Commander-in-Chief and nuclear authority.
Juan reminds Michael of the evening of December 18th of 2020, when Mike Flynn and his brother Charles, Sidney Powell and Patrick Byrne met with Trump at the Oval Office and tried to convince him to sign the Insurrection Act and how a group of generals came in afterwards and warned him not to do it, as their algorithms predicted this would result in a Civil War by April of 2021.
He says:
“The military is going to have to go in and enforce that all of the election systems will comply with best practices to run a safe election. And in this case, none of the machines can be certified. None of them can be used and ultimately, we’re going to go to a hand-count paper ballot, counted where cast, one-day vote to correct these things…
“You get a couple of elections under your belt, the configuration of the country is going to change pretty radically. We’ve been getting these wonky leaders through fraudulent votes.
“So, for your audience…is it going to be safe? Are people going to be able to go to work and like that? Look, the whole point, here is not to go to civil war…
“The business of America’s business. And if you can’t do business, if you can’t go to work, if you can’t go to the soccer game, you can’t go to the theater, whatever, America ceases to function. You need America to be able to function and go about its business.
“So that’s why we’ve had these intervening years, where we haven’t yet gone on the attack on the vote to prove that you couldn’t solve the vote through the legislature, through the secretaries of state and the county clerks and all that. There had to be something more dramatic. But we’re there now and the game is about to change and go to a different level…
“We’re in a counterfeit vote war with China – not just here in the US, but across the world. A-WEB, Association of World Election Bureaus, they’re in 111 countries and they were being, at the street level, they were being funded by our own USAID, CIA operation. Our own intelligence agencies knifing us in the back. And that’s going to come out…
“Is there going to be rioting? Let me add this, because you asked me that question. I didn’t quite answer it yet. In a militarily-supervised environment and policing that’s coming, the military will be in command and the policing agencies will follow their lead and instruction. People that get arrested for interfering in and trying to create chaos; doing things across society to instill fear, destroy things, break things, etc. If they violate the law, if they knock the windows out of the coffee shop and burn stuff on the government lawn and all that, this isn’t going to be a policing environment. It is going to be a military environment.”
He says rioters will not go to a county jail, they’ll go to a Federal Detention Center, because they’ll be in violation of a National Security Emergency at the federal level and they may stay there for years, because processing them rapidly will not be a priority for the duration of the Emergency.
Juan says the 497,000 sealed indictments waiting to be served will be done in a National Security environment, with military supervision. Most of these involve illegal migrants and each sealed indictment can name dozens of people, so we’re talking millions of people:
“If people self-deport before they get picked up, they can apply and come back and we’re going to want them back, but you got to do it yourself. We want you back. Don’t be a dope.
“Because if you get picked up – and we’re going to get everybody – they’ve identified 107 million that are here illegally, OK? That’s the number that was the internal number that was released about three weeks ago.
“So, it’s not 20 or 30 or 40 million. 107 million, OK? And we just have to do it. And in this militarized environment, we’re going to do it.
“And if people want to protest, ‘I’m in danger,’ everything. OK. You can sit in the Detention Center, like the Mariel Boatlift people, who were there for five and six years. Some of them and most of them eventually ended up going back home and coming back in and cutting the crap.
“We’re making a lot of these countries they ran from safer, so, we’re working the problem. That’s, what’s going to happen. It’s going to be an amazing next year in the course of that.”#
