Chrome domes Down Under: Luxon and Dutton sell out to anti-carbon cult

IN case you’re thinking we’re being pro-Labor Party here, forget it. Albanese and his chief climate clown Chris Bowen have long taken their brazenly stupid anti-coal crusade Australia-wide, and have set about destroying the integrity of the Australian electricity system.

Dutton, as is so typical of the small-L trans-Tasman Liberal-National crowd, likes to keep his feet “safe” in the middle or “centrist” ground. It’s a total compromise zone, designed not to offend anyone in the hope that on of the many blank-minded voters accidentially thinks they’re OK and gives them a tick.

So Dutton has a two-way bet on the matter of energy supply: “Hey, let’s go nuclear so we can just shut down and forget about coal and fulfil our obligations to our “Net Zero 2050″ target. See, we’re blue but green as well and it will only cost the nation $600 billion, which of course you’ll pay for when you get your N-powered electricity bills.”

Nuclear power is an extremely reliable source of electricity: Like coal it runs 24×7 regardless of the weather but unlike coal, does not require a large amount of raw material fuel to operate. It’s negative side is waste storage, although there are plenty of safe places in Australia where you could store the spent, radioactive fuel.

But Dutton and his Liberals simply don’t have the Trump-like kahunas to raise a middle finger at the Paris Climate Cult and simply work out the best and least expensive mix of supply to suit Australia.

Luxon, meanwhile, has completely sold out the NZ Frist and Act Party wings of his coalition government to his globalist, green, woke corporate buddies. Before politics, he was CEO of Unilever Canada, one of the founding members of the World Economic Forum.

When asked about the WEF in a recent Newstalk ZB show, Luxon tried to distance himself from the WEF, claiming he didn’t know much about it at all – a rather disingenuous claims given that his entire policy outlook aligns with WEF.

Luxon also has a green sub-cult within his National Party called the Blue Greens. How cute. Essentially, it’s his special “progressive” Nationals fan club. He recently addressed them in the regional city of Nelson, tripling down on the Paris Agreement.

As noted by X-poster “Holyhekatuiteka”, Blue Greens is a group of progressive MPs (which is nearly all of them) within the party that lobby National for woke rubbish policy.

In the clip of Luxon at the Blue Greens conference, he reaffirms National’s commitment to the climate change hoax, while the party’s commitment to Paris and net zero is “non-negotiable”. We can hear Australian Liberals clapping in agreement.

Likewise, the Liberals are dead scared of the new generation of voters who’ve been through the education departments’ environmental brainwashing system. But a lot of them are more awake than we think. Trump’s youth vote was very strong.

Luxon even admits he is guided by environmental NGOs and then disparagingly refers to “populist infrastructure ideas”, code words for the proposal to restore oil refining at Marsden Point, as “not sustainable nor viable.

“He claims that NZ leading the way and showing the world how bloody stupid and woke we are by committing economic suicide, will influence other countries to join the death cult,” says the X post.

Luxon ends his speech claiming it’s “the people” who want to take the action on climate change. “They want the ridiculous unworkable and mega expensive globalist con game! It’s the politicians who need to catch up to the people’s demands!” says the poster.

”So is he saying the Paris agreement and net zero is populist ? This little clown needs to get on his trike and get outta the tent.”
