Kentucky Republican Launches Discharge Petition to Force House Vote on Epstein Files Transparency Act II

Rep. Thomas Massie named 14 alleged co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal network on the House floor Monday and demanded investigations and prosecutions.

Massie also began collecting the 218 signatures needed to force a House vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, a bill aimed at prying loose records the Kentucky Republican said the government still withholds.

In the House-floor video posted on X, Massie said the Justice Department continues to withhold more than 3 million Epstein files one year after President Trump signed the original transparency law.

Massie named Jes Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkann, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frédéric Fekkai, Eduardo Teodorani, Jean-Luc Brunel, Daniel Siad, Ramsey Elkholy, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, and Lesley Groff.

Newsweek reported the full list and noted Massie described them as Epstein “co-conspirators” who should face investigation.

The names now sit in the Congressional Record. The demand for accountability cannot disappear behind redactions, bureaucracy, or Beltway silence.

Massie introduced H.R. 9694 in July with Reps. Ro Khanna and Teresa Leger Fernández. The legislation would let victims, state prosecutors, and members of Congress challenge alleged unlawful withholding or redaction of Epstein-related records.
