Luna disclosed her husband owns 10 percent of Nokturnal AI. The drone firm, formerly OKSI Ventures, is tied to at least $37.2 million in Pentagon awards.

Former Stripper, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s husband holds a disclosed 10 percent interest in a defense-drone firm tied to at least $37.2 million in Pentagon awards. Luna voted for the bills that fed the Pentagon’s larger drone-spending machine.
Luna’s 2025 financial disclosure lists Andrew Gamberzky’s Nokturnal AI stake and his salary from OKSI, the company’s former name. Florida corporate records show OKSI Ventures became Nokturnal AI in June.
A January Air Force purchase order gave OKSI $46,221.92 for a small unmanned aircraft system. Mother Jones reported acquisition records listing OKSI as the primary vendor on a two-phase award worth more than $9.2 million and as the recipient of a July 9, $28 million “Unruly follow on production” award. The three awards exceed $37.2 million.
Nokturnal calls Unruly a long-range, one-way attack drone. The Pentagon selected the firm to compete in its $1.1 billion Drone Dominance program.
Luna voted for the One Big Beautiful Bill and the House’s FY2026 Defense Appropriations Act. The defense bill set aside $400 million for APFIT, a Pentagon program that makes $10 million to $50 million awards to small or nontraditional defense contractors.
Luna has argued that Congress should stop enriching personal portfolios with official knowledge. Her disclosure valued Gamberzky’s Nokturnal stake at $1 to $1,000 before the reported awards; it does not disclose its current value. Mother Jones reported Luna did not answer questions about financial benefits from the company.
