We would like to let readers know there is no correlation between the number of comments and the number of views in a post. For example one post has some 320 comments but had only around 31,000 views, another post has 26 comments and around 65,000 views.

Then there are many more views through WordPress sites that we don’t know about.

Numerous other sites copy our posts and we do not know how many views or comments there are from these external sites either.

We thought we would clarify these stats after a number of inquiries.
